Long before your wedding day arrives, I'm already thinking ten steps ahead. My role isn't simply to execute a timeline, it's to anticipate needs, solve problems before they exist, and create a seamless experience that allows you, your family, and your guests to be fully present.

I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take on because I believe exceptional service requires focus, energy, and attention to detail. When I commit to your celebration, you have my full attention, not a rushed version of me balancing multiple events or recovering from the day before.

Starting about 8 weeks before your wedding, we step in as your dedicated day-of coordinator, taking everything you've planned and turning it into a seamless, stress-free wedding day.

On your wedding day, we're on-site for 8–10 hours managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, and handling the behind-the-scenes details so you can stay fully present and enjoy every moment.

Perfect for couples who have their vision and key vendors in place but want expert support bringing it all together.

Our Partial Planning service combines wedding planning and day-of coordination, providing guidance with logistics, timeline creation, vendor communication, and design details in the months leading up to your wedding. We'll help refine your plans, keep everything organized, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

On your wedding day, we're there for 8–10 hours managing vendors, overseeing setup, and keeping everything running smoothly so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Our Full Service Planning includes personalized planning, budget management, design development, vendor curation, and comprehensive wedding oversight. We guide every decision with intention, ensuring your planning process feels organized, cohesive, and aligned with your vision.

More than planning, we act as your creative partner, logistics expert, and trusted advocate, bringing structure, clarity, and calm to every stage of the journey.
On your wedding day, we provide up to 12 hours of on-site coordination, managing vendors, timeline execution, and behind-the-scenes details so everything unfolds seamlessly and you can stay fully present.

Most Oh My Details couples invest between $10,575–$12,500 for Full Service Planning. Each proposal is customized based on your wedding vision, planning needs, logistics, and location, and travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
Who I am
I’m Danielle, the “D” in Oh My Details, and the person behind the timelines, calm energy, and quietly obsessive attention to every detail that makes your wedding feel seamless.

With over 8 years of experience in the wedding industry and a background in project management and operations, I bring structure, precision, and a deep love for problem-solving to every celebration I touch. I don’t just plan logistics, I anticipate them, refine them, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
​
But beyond the timelines and spreadsheets, I’m also your Type A best friend for the process. Calm under pressure, quick to find solutions, and occasionally comedic when the moment calls for it (because weddings should feel joyful, not stiff). I’m a proud animal lover, concert enthusiast, and someone who genuinely loves being in the middle of organized chaos when it leads to something beautiful.

I intentionally do not take on back-to-back weddings. When I’m with you, I’m fully present, mentally, creatively, and energetically, so your day receives my complete focus and care.
